Additional plug sockets

Most new houses take account of how many electronic devices and SMART devices we now have in our homes. Older homes still have the smattering of single, or double sockets, around a living or bedroom but its never enough.

Fault Finding and Repair

Things go wrong and sometimes the first thing you here is a bang, or you hear crackling, or ‘it just stops working’. You flip the circuit breaker but it happens again the next night. Fault finding is the sherlock Holmes of the electrical trade. Working backwards safely, to locate and solve.

Electrical Installation condition Reports (EICR)

Buying a new home, wanting to sell a home, wanting to put a property up for rent? All require EICRs. Rental sector require them every 5 years. You will not make a property sale without one, and even domestic homeowners are recommended to have a full EICR at least every 10 years.

External Sockets

You may be tempted to do this yourself but do you know your building regulations or the legislation surrounding external sockets, RCDs and what is required in terms of water ingress, and circuit protection?

Consumer Unit Upgrades

Adding more circuits—like for an extension or outbuilding—requires additional space in your Consumer Unit to ensure each circuit is properly protected and easy to identify during fault finding.

Garden Electric

Enhance your outdoor space with safe, expertly installed garden electrics. From lighting and water features to outdoor sockets and power for garden buildings, we deliver reliable solutions built to withstand the elements.

Relocation of sockets and lighting

Not all sockets will be convenient or even safe. Sometimes a socket should never have been installed where it is. Perhaps the previous owner, or avid DIYer, turned a hand themselves and ignored all of the safety required within the electrical legislation. If not remedied your home to be more at risk, and without proper certification on work done, you may never get sold or out for rent until remedied.
